This site, with the blessing and encouragement of Bishop Peter and the Diocese of Chicago & Mid-America of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia (ROCOR), is founded and administered by Carol Surgant It is hoped this will be an important diocesan resource and ministry, featuring contributions from the members of our diocesan Liturgical Music Committee and other diocesan church musicians.
